(1) The listed grades for historical production are uncertain because some production records combine two or more deposits and it is not clear whether the reported grades represent recovered or in situ grades. In some cases, it is also unclear whether the reported numbers include waste from development workings. Numbers may therefore show some discrepancy depending on the source.

Zone Nord
North Zone

The North Zone is located about 250 to 300 metres to the NE in the hanging wall of the Norlartic deposit. It is oriented NW-SE and dips 60° to 70° to the NE. The North Zone consists of sheared basalts with disseminated pyrite (similar to the Marban deposit), cut by a dyke swarm. Two marker dykes divide the zone into three parts, of which the northernmost (North A) and middle zones (North B) are the most important. The southernmost zone (North C) displays less continuity. The North Zone was accessed and locally mined through an underground drift from the Norlartic deposit.
